I. To provide targeted program students with mentors/role models, (i,e, tribal leaders, program staff, teachers, administrators, older students, and volunteers) who will support them as they progress through the school system--with the ultimate goal of developing positive, balanced community members. II. To increase K-12 student performance in the educational category of Reading/Writing/Language Arts in accordance with the Oklahoma State PASS Standards and Federal Education Criteria. III. To increase K-12 student performance in the educational category of Mathematics in accordance with the Oklahoma State PASS Standards and Federal Education Criteria. IV. To increase K-12 student awareness, readiness, and performance in the areas of (1) cross-cultural communication/cultural awareness, (2) higher education attendance/retention, (3) career preparation/success, (4) personal health/wellness, (5) technological literacy, (6) comprehensive development through program and student retention projects/components. |
